吉林省1999年儿童计划免疫及乙型肝炎疫苗接种率调查结果分析

摘　　要：根据全国 1999年计划免疫工作安排 ,吉林省开展了儿童计划免疫及乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗免疫接种率调查 ,由此掌握了吉林省不同经济发展水平地区儿童计划免疫四种疫苗和乙肝疫苗接种情况。此次随机调查符合条件的适龄儿童 843名 ,按免疫程序卡介苗 (BCG)合格接种率为 99 2 9% ,口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗 (OPV)全程合格服苗率为 95 .73 % ,百白破混合制剂 (DPT)全程合格接种率为 96 6 8% ,麻疹疫苗 (MV)合格接种率为 96 32 % ,乙肝疫苗全程合格接种率为 88 73%。调查结果表明 ,不同经济发展水平地区 ,BCG、OPV、DPT、MV四种疫苗接种率无明显的差别 。According to the national EPI program, a survey on inoculation rates of four EPI vaccines and HB vaccine among children of different economic levels in Jilin Province was carried out in 1999. 843 eligible subjects were involved by stratified multistage random sampling. Among them, qualified inouculation rate for BCG was 99.29%, for OPV was 95.73%(whole course), for DPT was 96.68%(whole course ), for MV was 96.32%,for HB vaccine was 88.73% (whole course). The inouclation rates of four vaccines in different economic developing areas showed no difference, but that of HB vaccine showed a rise in economic developing areas.
