摘  要:目的 :探讨脐动脉血气分析与胎心电子监护、新生儿 Apgar评分的相关变化。方法 :随机选择单胎足月分娩的 144例新生儿 ,产前做胎心电子监护 ,分娩时测定脐动脉血气分析 ,出生后 1m in内行 Apgar评分 ,三项监测结果进行比较。结果 :新生儿窒息 2 3例 ,血气分析结果与胎心电子监护、Apgar评分有相关性变化 ;在 p H≤ 7.2 0的 47例中 ,Apgar评分≤ 7分者有 17例 ,占窒息总数的 73.91% ,而且产前胎心电子监护均异常 ;在 p H>7.2 0的 97例中 ,Apgar评分≤ 7分者只有 6例 ,占 2 6 .0 9%。结论 :三种监测方法联合用来监测胎儿宫内缺氧、判断新生儿窒息及酸中毒程度对指导我们正确处理产程及选择分娩方式、降低围产儿病率和死亡率有一定作用 。Objective:This is to discuss the concerning changes among the blood gas analysis of the umbilical artery,the electronic monitoring of fetal heart and the Apgar rating of the newborn babiesMethods:The machine was used to choose 144 new born babies who were term birth from single fetus and they were given the fetal heart electronic monitoring;the blood gas analysis of umbilical artery was in measured delivering;A comparison is carried out among those three resultsResults:In 23 neonatal asphyxia,the blood gas analysis had some relevant changes with the electronic monitoring of fetal heart and the Apgar rating of 47 newborn babies,pH≤720;There are 17 whose Apgar rating ≤7,covering 739 percentBesides,the electronic monitoring of fetal hearts before delivering is abnormal,of 97 pH>720;there are 6 that Apgar ratingConclusion:There are some relevances when these three monitoring methods are fetal anoxia in judging asphyxia neonate and acidosisThis has significance in correctly handling the delivery process,choosing the way of delivering,decreasing the perinatal disease rate and death rateThe three are mutually supplementary
