摘　　要：图书馆是高校机构中一个重要部门,阅览室作为图书馆的部门之一,也是为读者服务的重要窗口。从读者服务、导读服务、日常报刊管理、阅览环境等方面,就如何做好阅览室服务与管理工作进行了探讨。The library is an important department in university organization, the reading room is not only one of the sectors of university library, but also an important window for reader service. This paper probes into how to do well the service and management of the reading room from the aspects of the reader service, reading guidance, daily management of newspapers and journals, and reading environment, etc.
