摘　　要：结合贵州省科研机构创新能力建设专项资金绩效评估工作,对39家省属科研机构人才队伍情况进行了具体的分析,通过研究创新能力建设对人才队伍建设的影响,发现贵州省科研机构人才队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出了对策建议。Connecting with the special funds performance evaluation on innovation capability of scientific research institutions in Guizhou Province, this paper makes a concrete analysis on the situation of the talent teams in 39 provincial scientific research institutions in Guizhou Province, and through studying the influence of the construction of innovation capacity on the construction of talent team, finds out some problems existing in the construction of talent teams of scientific research institutions in Guizhou Province, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
