摘　　要：探讨了图书馆精神和志愿精神的缘起以及两者的本质内涵,提出了两者的融合之处——自由、平等、互助、公益、团结、合作,指出图书馆为发扬志愿精神提供了现实土壤,志愿者又践行了图书馆精神,两者互相作用,使图书馆事业与志愿事业互相促进、共同发展。This paper probes into the origins and essential connotations of the library spirit and volunteer spirit, puts forward some integration points of the library spirit and volunteer spirit such as the freedom, equality, mutual assistance,public welfare,union and cooperation, and points out that the library provides the real soil for are platforms for promoting the volunteer spirit, and the volunteers practice the library spirit,the interaction between the library spirit and volunteer spirit makes the library cause and volunteer cause promote each other and develop commonly.
