摘　　要：介绍了哈尔滨医科大学科技查新工作概况,并以哈尔滨医科大学图书馆为例,阐述了提高医药卫生科技查新员医学素养的必要性,探讨了提高医药卫生科技查新员医学素养的相关措施。This paper introduces the general situation of Harbin Medical University’s sci-tech novelty retrieval work, and taking the library of Harbin Medical University as an example, expounds the necessity of improving the medical literacy of medical sci-tech novelty retrieval operators, and probes into some relevant measures for improving the medical literacy of medical sci-tech novelty retrieval operators.
