摘　　要：介绍了山西省具有知识产权的科技成果转化的3种模式——信息咨询服务模式、中介市场转化模式及科技风险投资模式,提出了关于促进具有知识产权的科技成果转化的若干建议。This paper introduces three models for the transformation of sci-tech achievements with intellectual property adopted by Shanxi Province including information consultation service model, intermediary market transformation model and sci-tech venture capital model, and puts forward some suggestions on promotingthe transformation of sci-tech achievements with intellectual property.
