摘　　要：设G是群,如果它的所有真子群都是FCmax-群(满足极大条件的FC-群),但群本身并不具有这种性质,那么就称G为内FCmax-群.研究内FCmax-群,并且分别在Abel和非Abel这2种情况下给出这类群的结构描述.A group G is said to be a minimal non-FC max-group if all its proper subgroups are FC max-groups（FC-groups with the maximal condition）,but G itself is not.The aim of this article is to study minimal non-FC max-groups and give a structure description of groups of this type in both abelian case and non-abelian case.
