摘 要:对铝土矿浮选尾矿盐酸浸出除铁的动力学进行了研究。通过对氧化铁的存在形式及浸出液浓度和浸出温度对不同浸出时间氧化铁浸出率的影响进行了研究,采用扫描电镜对浸出前后铝土矿浮选尾矿的微观形貌进行了分析,结果表明:在浸出温度353K,浸出时间120min,浸出液固比5∶1 1,浸出盐酸浓度6mol时,铝土矿浮选尾矿中氧化铁浸出率可达96%以上。在氧化铁的浸出率低于90%时其浸出过程速率由内扩散速率控制,浸出动力学符合内扩散动力学模型1-2/3α-(1-α﹞2/3=kt,获得的表观活化能为76.50kJ/mol。The kinetics for removing iron from bauxite flotation railings by leaching with hydrochloric acid were studied. The form of iron oxide was analyzed by SEM and XRD. The effect of hydrochloric acid concentration and leaching temperature on the leaching rate of iron oxide at different times were reported. The results showed that more than 96% of iron oxide was removed when the hydrochloric acid concentration was 6 mol/L,leaching temperature was 353K,liquid - solid ratio was 5:1 and leaching time was 120 min. The controlling step was the diffusion through the product layer. The mechanism for the dissolution of iron oxide followed the diffusion kinetic equation, 1-2/3α-(1-α]^2/3=kt, with an apparent activation energy of 76.50kJ/mol when the leaching rate of iron oxide was less than 90%.
