摘  要:本文以废弃土和工业废渣制成的烧结矩形多孔砌块作为研究对象,通过对孔洞内插聚苯板,对其进行热工性能理论计算对比分析,并且通过热流计法对其热工性能进行测试,分析聚苯板对烧结多孔砌块的保温隔热性能的影响.计算和试验结果表明:聚苯板能够显著的降低传热系数,提高保温隔热性能,达到节能65%的建筑设计标准,对降低以多孔砌块作为墙体材料建筑的耗能具有重要的指导意义,同时也为完善围护结构的自保温体系提供参考。This paper has analyzed thermal simulation regarding fired perforated block was made by waste soil and industrial waste residue as the research object.Making an theoretical calculation on thermal properties' of fired perforated block was inserted by polystyrene or not.Then, experimental study on its thermodynamic performance was made by heat flow meter method.Finally,thermal insulating properties of them was analyzed. The results show that polystyrene could obviously reduce the heat transfer coefficient,enhance the heat preservation effect and achieve the design standard of saving0.65 energy.This paper provides reference for the improvement of the building of the thermal insulation system, and makes a guiding significance for reducing energy consumption of the related building.
