摘　　要：阐述了快速置换加热间歇蒸煮化学和技术的原理。RDH技术能节约大量的制浆蒸汽 ,而且能生产出强度好而卡伯值很低的纸浆 。The Rapid Displacement Heating (RDH) cooking process has been developed by Beloit Corporation as an energy efficient pulping system. Cooking steam saving up to 75% have been seen on a commercial scale in kraft pulp mills. The chemistry of an RDH cook is more selective than a conventional kraft cook. In an RDH cook, it is possible to cook to much low Kappa number with better strength than a conventional kraft cook.
