摘　　要：以硬脂酸、甲醇和二乙醇胺为主要原料合成了硬脂酸二乙醇酰胺 ,它被用作改性剂与聚乙二醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯一起反应制备了烷醇酰胺改性聚氨酯乳液。分析了这一改性乳液的结构和性能的关系。考察了它的应用性能。结果表明 ,这一改性乳液适于皮革的底层涂饰 ,涂层柔软 ,粘着力强 ,室温保存贮存期超过 9个月。Diethanolamide stearate as modifier for leather coating finish was prepared from stearic acid, methanol, and diethanolamine. The modifier together with polyglycol and 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate were used to synthesize the alkylolamide modified polyurethane leather coating finish emulsion. The structure of the leather coating finish was characterized by IR, and its application performances were examined. The results showed that the leather coating finish was fit for bottom layer of leather, and the coat was flexible with good adherence. The stable storage period of the emulsion was above 9 months at room temperature.
