摘 要:以淀粉、铝盐和钙盐为原料 ,分别制备了天然高分子絮凝剂 (SAAF)以及无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸氯化铝钙 (PCACS) ,然后在一定的条件下将这两种絮凝剂混合配制成无机有机复合型絮凝剂 F- 1。采用这种新型的复合型絮凝剂 F- 1进行制革工业废水处理试验 ,对其絮凝效果及影响因素进行研究 ,并初步探讨了絮凝动力学。试验结果表明 ,F- 1适用的温度和 p H值范围宽 ,而且絮凝效果好 ,明显优于 PAC、PAM、硫酸铝和 PFS四种常用的絮凝剂。A natural high molecular flocculant SAAF and an inorganic high molecular flocculant polycalcium aluminum chloride silicate (PCACS) were prepared with starch, Al salt, and Ca salt, and then the two flocculants were mixed to prepare a new compound flocculant F-1. The new compound flocculant F-1 was used to treat leather-making watewater. The effects of pH value, dosage of flocculant, temperature, stir speed and time on flocculation efficiency were discussed. The results showed that F-1 had wide application range of temperature and pH value, and its flocculation efficiency was obviously superior to those of PAC, PAM, aluminum sulfate and PFS.
