LISS接骨板联合髓内针治疗Ⅱ型浮膝损伤19例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨提高治疗Ⅱ型浮膝损伤的手术治疗效果。方法对我科2007年8月至2011年9月收治的19例Ⅱ型浮膝损伤患者应用髓内针、LISS接骨板治疗,并进行随访分析。按Frase等分型,ⅡA型11例,ⅡB型7例。结果经过8~20个月随访,平均14个月,骨折愈合时间为12~19周,平均15.3周。治疗结果按Karlstrom等制定的浮膝损伤肢体功能评分标准。优,13例,良,4例,中,2例,优良率89.5%。结论应用LISS接骨板联合髓内针治疗Ⅱ型浮膝损伤具有创伤小、固定强度可靠、功能恢复快、骨折不愈合率低、骨折并发症少的优点。Objective To approach to improve operation therapeutic effect of Ⅱ type floating knee damage.Method To cure 19 cases of Ⅱ type floating knee damage used LISS bone plates and intramedullary rods,then to follow up.According to Frase’s classification,ⅡA,11 cases;ⅡB,7 cases.Result On the basis of 8-20 months follow-up,the time of union of fracture is 12-19 weeks,15.3 weeks average.According to Karlstrom injured extremity score standard,the result is excellent 13 cases,good 4 cases,middle 2 cases,the good rate ratio is 89.5%.Conclusion the therapy method of Ⅱ type floating knee damage use LISS bone plate and intramedullary rod has merit of mini-wound,reliable fixation,fast healing,low nonunion rate of fracture,few complications.
