摘 要:在长期的生活实践中,苗侗民族用谚语这种简短而朴实的高度浓缩语句,精炼地概括总结了本民族的内心世界和行为准则。这些谚语可分为时政、事理、身心修养、社会交往、生产生活、婚姻家庭、教育文化、工商贸易、法律法规等几大类,具有阶级性、导向性、民族性、文学性、律法性的特征。流传在西南边疆苗侗民族之间的谚语如同指南一样,指引着苗侗民族的生产与生活。苗侗民族通过对谚语的传承来延续先民的价值观与行为准则;具有普遍意义的谚语在苗侗民族内部起价值判断作用;具有社会规范性质的一部分谚语即法谚还有社会调整功能。一直流传至今的绝大多数谚语从内容、思想上都体现出积极、健康向上的人生观和价值观,有较广的传播范围和受众人群。新时期,我们在吸纳优秀的民族传统文化资源与国家法律、法规整合时,要充分吸收各民族的优秀谚语,使其在道德规范与普法宣传中发挥出积极的作用。In the long-term practice of life,Miao people and Dong people generalize and summarize the inner world and code of conduct by proverbs,the condensed expressions that are short and plain.These proverbs fall into the categories of current politics,reason and logic,self-cultivation,social association,production and life,marriage and family,education and culture,trade and business,laws and regulations,etc.,which are featured with social class,guidance function,nationality,literariness and legal character.The proverbs spread and handed down in the Miao and the Dong nationalities in southwest China are like the guide directing the way to the local people.The traditional values and code of conduct are passed down through the proverbs from generation to generation.The universal sayings are functioning as the criteria of values;those with the nature of social norms contribute to regulating and readjusting the society.Most proverbs circulating till today are positive and active in life outlook and values,hence they are spread widely.When national laws and regulations are reorganized and consolidated,the fine proverbs should be retained with the excellent national culture,so as to strengthen the moral norms and promote the law-popularizing education.
