摘　　要：管理公正是当前管理哲学研究的重要内容之一。国内外学者对管理公正的含义、基本原则、实现路径等问题作了探讨,取得了不少研究成果,但是研究的内容学科单一、缺乏系统性和整体性。所以,学术界必须整合研究方法、拓展研究内容和研究视角,在社会发展和管理实践的动态发展中来把握管理公正观的嬗变。对管理公正的研究是当前落实科学发展观与和谐社会建设迫切需要解决的一个现实性课题。The justice of management is one of the important parts in the research of the philosophy of management.Although scholars from home and abroad have discussed on the meanings of the justice of management,its basic principles,the methods of its realization,etc.and have attained some findings,their research contents do not cover other disciplines and lack systemization and integrity.Therefore,scholars and experts in the academia must sort out the research methods,enrich the contents and perspectives of researches and grasp the evolution of the concept of the justice of management from the dynamic development of social development and the practice of management.The research of justice of management is an issue full of reality which needs to be solved urgently in the realization of scientific development and the construction of harmonious society.
