浙江省泰顺县社区卫生服务中心医疗器械清洁质量现状研究

摘　　要：目的为加强对泰顺县基层社区医疗卫生机构重复使用医疗器械清洁质量的技术督导,以提高消毒灭菌质量,确保医疗安全。方法采用联苯胺-双氧水法隐血试验对该县社区医疗卫生机构待用期间,重复使用医疗器械清洁质量进行检测调查。结果共调查9个基层社区医疗卫生机构,检测387个样品,阳性227个,阳性率58.66%。结论调查提示该县基层医疗单位重复使用医械的清洁质量问题突出,令人担忧;建议相关主管部门按照感管和消毒相关技术规范加强督导,提高其清洁质量,确保医械消毒灭菌效果,减少或消除医疗隐患,保障医疗安全。Purpose To strengthen the technical supervision of the cleaning quality of reused medical equipment in Medical and health institutions in Taishun County Community to improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization and ensure medical safety; Research methods： To make a survey of the cleaning quality of the repeated use of medical equipment during the waiting for use period by taking the benzidine occult blood test in the medical and health institu- tions in the community of the county.Results： Nine community health institutions are surveyed. Among the 387 detected samples, 227 are positive, and the positive rate is 58.6%.Conclusion： The investigation indicates that the cleaning qual- ity problem of the repeated use of medical equipment in the basic medical units of the county is very serious and worry- ing. It＇ s suggested that the relevant departments strengthen the supervisory in accordance with the related technical specifications about sensing tube and disinfection to improve the cleaning quality, reduce or eliminate the medical risks and ensure medical safety.
