摘 要:目的:探讨预防结核病化疗药物导致高尿酸血症的方法,保证结核病化疗的顺路进行。方法:对80例(A组)使用含吡嗪酰胺化疗方案的结核病人,在化疗同时加用别嘌醇和/或碳酸氢钠,同时嘱其低嘌呤、偏碱性饮食,并在治疗前及治疗1个月检验血尿酸,与75例(B组)不加用防止尿酸增高措施的使用含吡嗪酰胺化疗方案的结核病人进行比较分析。结果:与治疗前比较,A组治疗后尿酸仅轻度升高,无显著差异,B组治疗后尿酸明显升高,具有显著性差异;两组在治疗前尿酸水平无显著差异,治疗后尿酸水平具有显著性差异。结论:对使用含吡嗪酰胺化疗方案的结核病患者在治疗同时加用别嘌醇和/或碳酸氢钠,同时嘱其低嘌呤、偏碱性饮食,可有效降低患者血尿酸的增高,从而保证结核病化疗的顺利进行。Objection: To explore the method of prevent hyperuricemia that causes tuberculosis chemotherapy drugs, ensure the way for tuberculosis chemotherapy. Methods 80 patients (group A) containing pyrazinamide chemotherapy of tuberculosis patients, the chemotherapy plus don't allopurinol and / or sodium bicarbonate, also have their low purine, alkaline diet, and before treatment and 1 months test blood uric acid, and 75 patients (group B) without preventing comparative analysis of the use of uric acid measures containing pyrazinamide chemotherapy of tuberculosis patients. Results compared with before treatment, after treatment in group A only mildly elevated uric acid, no significant difference, uric acid increased significantly after treatment in group B, with significant difference; the two groups before treatment of uric acid levels had no significant difference, with significant difference between uric acid level after treatment. Conclusion the use of containing pyrazinamide chemotherapy in the treatment of tuberculosis patients combined with don't allopurinol and / or sodium bicarbonate, also have their low purine, alkaline food, can effectively reduce the inerease of serum uric acid in patients with tuberculosis, so as to ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy.
