摘 要:为研究杂交兰组培苗炼苗移栽技术,设计了4种施肥浓度和3种施肥周期进行试验,以了解其对杂交兰组培苗叶片生长情况的影响。结果表明:当施肥浓度>3 000倍液时,叶片数、叶长和叶宽等3个指标的增长值随着施肥浓度的增加而增加;到第4个月时,施用复合肥(20-10-20)1 200倍液,组培苗叶片生长情况最好,与其他处理差异显著;以10 d为间隔的施肥是较为理想的施肥周期。In order to study the techniques of hardening and transplanting tissue-cultured plantlets of hybrid cymbidium,a fertilization experiment of the tissue-cultured plantlets was carried out under 4 fertilizer concentrations and 3 fertilization cycles and the leaf growth was observed. The results showed that when the fertilizer concentration was over 3 000 fold the growth values of leaf number and leaf length and width increased with the fertilizer concentration increasing; Three months later, application of 1200-fold complex fertilizer(20-10-20)was the best for the leaves of tissue-cultured pla- ntlets to grow and was significantly different from other fertilizer treatments;Ten days was an ideal fertilization cycle.
