摘　　要：在系统梳理上海种源农业发展现状的基础上,进行了上海发展种源农业的SWOT分析,结合上海种源农业的未来发展定位和发展方向,采用专利分析法和德尔菲调查法等方法总结种源农业未来5年发展过程中迫切需要解决的关键技术及其主攻方向,并从技术研发和政策导向两个方面分别给出了建议,以期提高上海种源农业发展的科技创新能力,实现上海种源农业产业的跃升。Based on systematically sorting out the current situation of developing agricultural seed industry in Shanghai, the paper made its SWOT analysis, then summarized the key technologies urgent- ly needing to be solved and major developmental directions of the seed industry for the next five years by means of patent analysis and Delphi survey methods, and lastly gave some suggestions in terms of both technological R ＆ D and policy orientation in order to improve the technological innovation and realize the quick development of the seed industry in Shanghai.
