摘　　要：叙述了新形势下科技论文产出的新特征,指出了编辑部在专家评审中常见的问题,提出了提高专家评审质量和效率的途径,以促进期刊发展。The paper describes the new features of scientific and technical articles under the new situation, points out the refereeing problems commonly treated by an editorial department and puts forward some pathways of improving the quality and efficiency for experts to go over manuscripts so as to promote the development of periodicals.
