百合种子在不同基质中生长试验研究

摘　　要：对不同百合野生种和栽培品种种子在4种不同基质中出苗和生长情况观察发现，‘渥丹’、‘布鲁拉诺’和细叶百合出苗率普遍较高，最高出苗率分别达到94．6％、83．8％和92．7％，而毛百合的最高出苗率仅为10．0％。除毛百合之外，其他供试百合的出苗时间在4～11d，不同百合真叶出现需要30-60d。大多数百合种子在腐叶土含量高的基质中的萌发情况最好，出苗率高，子叶的生长基本上均遵循“先快后慢”的生长规律。The seed germination and growth of lily wild species and cultivars m tour Oltterent media were studied. It was found that Lilium concolor, Asiatic lily cv. ＇ Brunello＇ and L. pumilum were relatively high in emergence percentage,and the highest reached 94.6% ,83.8% and 92.7% re- spectively,but the highest emergence percentage of L. dauricum was only 10%. Except L. dauricum, the others＇emergence time was 4 - 11 days and their leaf appearance needed 30 - 60 days. Most lily seeds germinated well and had a high emergence percentage in the media containing a lot of humus, and their cotyledon growth was in accordance with the growth rhythm of fast at first and then slow in general.
