摘 要:为给国内钢铁基耐磨材料企业和研究院所提供新的技术思路,掌握钢铁基耐磨材料领域的发展动向,预见其未来技术市场的发展趋势,研究分析了钢铁基耐磨材料领域的相关专利,包括发明专利和实用新型专利。截止2012年12月31日,在国家专利局网站共检索钢铁基耐磨材料申报发明专利626件,实用新型245件,分析了耐磨锰钢、耐磨白口铸铁、耐磨合金钢、耐磨球墨铸铁、耐磨复合材料、耐磨堆焊件等6大技术领域的专利科研成果、技术状况。从不同地域、不同领域的分布情况对国内拥有专利量和技术组成作了全面分析研究,旨在为耐磨材料技术发展和知识产权拥有状况提供借鉴。The patents on iron and steel wear-resistant materials were analyzed including invention patent s and utility patents, which provided the technique ideas for the study on iron and steel based wear resistant materials in domestic iron and steel enterprises and research institute to grasp the trend and predict the market development in the application of metallurgy, mining, cement, power and building materials. The production method and application of wear-resistant manganese steel, wear-resistant white cast iron, wear-resistant steel alloy, ductile iron, wear-resistant composite materials, wear-resistant parts were analyzed from 626 invention patents and 245 utility model patents in national patents bureau website up to December 31, 2012. And the patents from different aspects, i.e. different region and subject, were analyzed systematically to provide the reference for technology development and intellectual property in wear-resistant materials.
