摘  要:低合金耐磨铸钢经900℃×30 min奥氏体化热处理后,实验研究了60 min等温时间下不同等温淬火温度对其组织性能的影响。结果表明,当等温温度为270℃时,其组织为细针状下贝氏体+残余奥氏体+少量马氏体复相组成,钢的硬度最高,冲击韧度最小;随着等温淬火温度的升高,钢的组织逐渐向枝叉状贝氏体和带有羽毛状的上贝氏转变,同时钢的冲击韧度总体呈直线上升,硬度大幅度下降;在300~330℃范围内等温淬火钢获得的组织和力学性能最佳,360℃等温淬火时最差。The effects of isothermal quenching temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low alloy wear resistant cast steel after austenitized at 900 ℃for 30 rain were experimentally researched under isothermal time for 60 rain. The results show that, when the isothermal temperature is 270 ℃, the microstructure of the steel is fine acicular bainite + retained austenite + a small amount of martensite phase, its hardness is the highest and impact toughness is the least; With the increase of isothermal quenching temperature, the microstructure of the steel gradually transforms to branches-forked bainite and feathery upper bainite, the impact toughness of the steel overall is linear upward and the hardness reduces dramatically; the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel is the best in the isothermal temperature range of 300-330℃ and is the worst at 360 ℃.
