摘　　要：针对薄壁壳体件在进行消失模铸造批量生产时,采用浸涂法施涂造成的摸样变形等问题,设计了一种新型的施涂装置,施涂装置主要由5部分组成,并采用喷淋法完成对形体大、结构复杂的薄壁壳体类铸件消失模模样的施涂工艺。实验结果表明,采用新型施涂装置可有效地避免消失模模样在施涂过程中发生变形或折断,减轻工作强度,保证生产的正常进行。According to deformation and other problems caused by dipping method during mass production of EPC thin shell parts, a late-model coating device which was mainly composed of five parts was designed, and the coating process of large-complex structure EPC pattern was finished by spraying method with the device. The experiments show that the new coating device can effectively avoid deformation or fracture of the EPC pattern in coating process and reduce the work strength to ensure normal production.
