激光照射联合创疡贴外敷治疗带状疱疹护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨激光局部照射联合创疡贴外敷治疗带状疱疹的临床效果及护理体会。方法 25例带状疱疹患者局部应用激光照射10 min后,采用创疡贴外敷治疗,每日1次,同时强化心理护理,观察临床疗效。结果 25例患者均于治疗1周后疱疹萎缩,改为单纯应用创疡贴外敷治疗1周后康复,此其期间每2 d～3 d更换1次;3～5个月随访,患者无神经痛及瘢痕增生等并发症发生。结论激光照射联合创疡贴外敷治疗带状疱疹可增强机体免疫力,止痛效果确切,避免了抗病毒药物的应用,减轻了患者的痛苦,是促进患者康复的有效力法。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic efficacy and nursing experience of treating herpes zoster with laser local irradiation combined with MEBO Dressing. Methods Twenty-five patients with herpes zoster were firstly managed with laser irradiation topically for 10 min and then MEBO Dressing was used to cover the wounds, once per day; meanwhile, mental nursing was strengthened and the clinical therapeutic efficacy was observed. Results The herpes zoster of the twenty-five patients contracted after one week treatment and then only MEBO Dressing was used to manage the wounds at a dressing change frequency of once every 2 - 3 days. One week later, the wounds recovered. 3 - 5 month follow-up showed that there appeared no such complications as neuralgia or scar hyperplasia and etc. Conclusion Laser irradiation in combination with MEBO Dressing in the treatment of herpes zoster, with the advantages of improving patients＇ body immuni- ty, realizing definite analgesic effect, avoiding the application of antiviral drugs and reducing patients＇suffering, is an effec- tive treatment of promoting patients＇ rehabilitation.
