摘 要:股骨头坏死是世界难治性疾病,目前治疗主要依靠外科手段,但效果均并不理想。胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)是一种具有促进血管生成,诱导关节软骨细胞、成骨细胞分化的生长因子。笔者通过检索查阅相关文献,简要介绍了当前对IGF-1的基础研究,重点回顾总结了IGF-1治疗股骨头坏死的理论基础,单独或联合组织工程骨、外科手段、基因整合等方式治疗股骨头坏死的进展,并对其今后的研究方向进行了展望。Osteonecrosis of the femoral head is a refractory disease worldwide. Currently, surgical treatment is the main method we can rely on, but without satisfying results. Insulin-like growth factor-1 ( IGF-1 ) is a growth factor which can promote angiogenesis, induce the differentiation of articular chondrocytes and osteoblasts. Through retrieving the related articles, this paper briefly introduces the basic research of IGF:I at present. The paper summarizes mainly on the theory basis of IGF-1 for the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head and the progress on the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head, including single-use or combined-use of tissue engineering bone, surgical treatment, and gene integration. This oaner also orosDects the research direction in the future.
