摘  要:以模拟三氯化铁蚀刻废液为铁源制备了锂离子电池正极材料-磷酸铁锂,并对磷酸铁锂的结构和形貌进行了表征,对其电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明制得的磷酸铁锂产物结晶度较高,且无杂相,基本是球形颗粒,颗粒粒径为0.3~3μm;并且具有较好的电化学性能,0.5C的倍率下循环100圈后容量保持率为97.8%。LiFePO4 was prepared by using simulated FeCl3 etching waste as iron source for lithium-ionic battery anode materials.The crystalline structure,particle morphology and surface microstructure of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.Moreover,the electrochemical properties of the products were investigated by charge/discharge test.The results showed that LiFePO4 obtained had high degree of crystallization without any impurities,exhibited good degree of sphericity with size range from 0.3 to 3μm and delivered good electrochemical performance,its discharge capacity still retained 97.8 % at 0.5 C rate after 100 cycles.
