摘  要:采用聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL),2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯混合物(MI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA),三乙胺(TEA)为主要原料,并分别以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP),甘油(GLY)、二乙二醇(DEG)及1,4丁二醇(BDO)为封端剂合成了一系列水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了物料种类,配比及工艺条件等因素对乳液和胶膜性能的影响。当n(-NCO)/n(-OH)比值为1.6,DMPA含量为6%,中和度100%,以TMP为封端剂,乳液和胶膜的综合性能都达到最佳。A series of ideal waterborne polyurethane emulsions were prepared using polycarbonate diol,the mixture of 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 2,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MI),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),triethylamine(TEA),and chain extension agent such as trimethylol propane(TMP),glycerol(GLY),diethylene glycol(DEG),and 1,4-butanediol(BDO).The effects of various factors such as type of material,proportioning and process conditions on the performance of the emulsions and WPU films were discussed.The results indicated that when the mol ratio of NCO to OH in pre-polymer was 1.6,the content of DMPA was 6%,the degree of neutralization was 100%,and trimethylol propane serves as chain extension agent,the comprehensive performance of emulsions and WPU films were the best.
