摘　　要：通过对橡胶胶种、硫化体系、补强体系、填充体系、防护体系的配方筛选和工艺实验,研制出满足在模拟地层条件(150℃,50Mpa压力,原油介质)下使用的大型橡胶套筒。最佳生产配方是:聚丙烯酸酯橡胶(BI-111)100份、补强剂60份、填充剂50份、硫化剂0.7份、促进剂7.5份、防老剂2份、其它6.5份。工艺路线是:混炼、挤出备料、平板硫化机硫化、二次硫化、产品。The main research was to figure out a large sleeve piece of rubber used under simulated formation condition（temperature 150℃,pressure 50Mpa,oil medium）through the formula design and process tests of rubber sorts,vulcanization system,reinforcing system,infill and protection system.Product formula was polyacrylate rubber（BI-111）100,reinforcing agent 60,fillers 50,vulcanizing agent 0.7,accelerator 7.5,antiager 2 and others 6.5.The process route was mixing,extrusion,vulcanization,additional vulcanization and products.
