羧基丁苯胶/封闭聚氨酯纸基复合材料的制备及防水增强作用

摘　　要：以咪唑为端异氰酸酯基封闭剂,制备封闭聚氨酯预聚体,然后以羧基丁苯胶水溶液进行反相乳化,并加入氮丙啶,制得系列水分散羧基丁苯胶/封闭聚氨酯植物纤维防水增强剂(XSBRL/BPU)。XSBRL/BPU的综合性能与BPU封闭率、羧基丁苯胶/封闭聚氨酯比例、交联剂氮丙啶含量及复合乳液的添加量有关。当封闭率BR=10%、m(BPU)/m(XSBRL)=2/1、ω(氮丙啶)=2%、ω(乳液)=8%时,纸基复合材料具有良好防水性能、黏合强度和机械性能,其中,耐折度为158次、施胶度为180s、干抗张指数为63.4N.m.g-1、湿抗张指数为33.8N.m2g-1、湿强度为53.3%。The imidazole-blocked polyurethane prepolymer was prepared by using the imidazole as blocking agent.A series of fiber waterproof and strengthing agent of carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex/blocked polyurethane（XSBRL/BPU）were synthesized with the inversed phase emulsification by using carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex adhesive and added aziridine.The properties of the XSBRL/BPU was related with the blocked ratio,the ratio between the carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex adhesive and blocked polyurethane,the content of aziridine,and also the addition content of the composite emulsion.The water resistance,adhesion strength and mechanical strength performances were better when the blocked ratio 10%,m（BPU）/m（XSBRL）=2/1,ω（aziridine）=2%,ω（composite emulsion）=8%.The folding strength was 158 times,the sizing value was 180s,the dry and wet tensile indexes were 63.4N·m·g-1 and 33.8N·m·g-1,and the wet strength was 53.3%.
