数字信息长期保存中的有效利用问题探析

摘　　要：数字信息的内容质量是其在长期保存过程中得以有效利用的基础,澳大利亚数字信息长期保存项目PANDORA在这方面表现得较为突出。数字信息的内容质量主要取决于信息内容的选择、信息的完整保存程度和更新程度等因素。此外,数字信息的展示、获取以及保存平台的运行是数字信息在长期保存过程中得以有效利用的保障。因此,相关机构可以通过提高数字信息在保存过程中的内容质量和可见度、拓宽用户的获取渠道、加强保存平台的运行管理等方法来实现数字信息在长期保存中得到有效利用。The content quality of digital information is the basis of the efficient utilization of digital＇information in the long-term preservation, PANDORA as the long-term preservation of digital information project has done well in this respect. The content quality of digital information is affected by the selection, the full save degree and the update degree of digital information. Furthermore, the exhibition and access of digital information and the operation of the preservation platform are the guarantee of the efficient utilization of digital information in the long-term preservation. Therefore, preservation organizations could use several methods to realize the efficient utilization of digital information in long-term preservation such as improving the content quality and visible degree of digital information in long-term preservation, expanding the obtaining channel of users, and strengthening the operation management of the preservation platform.
