价值链视角下图书馆电子书服务的问题与挑战

摘　　要：随着信息服务环境的变化,图书馆在出版产业价值链中的角色发生了变化,并开始尝试提供电子书外借服务。图书馆在提供电子书借阅服务时,存在缺乏数字编辑能力、电子书种类无法满足读者借阅需求、馆员能力的提升程度未能与阅读器更新换代同步等问题,并在电子书的采访、电子书的流通、服务能力等方面面临挑战。图书馆应善用免费资源,在考虑读者需求的基础上持续关注使用效益,长久投资以培养馆员的专业能力。With changes of the information service environment, the role of libraries in the publishing industry value chain has changed, and began to try to provide e-book lending services. When libraries are providing e-book lending services, there are several problems such as lack of digital editing capabilities, types of e-book unable to meet the demand of readers, the enhance degree of librarians＇ ability couldn＇t keep in step with the replacement of readers. Libraries have faced with challenges in aspects in the e- book acquisition, the e-book circulation and the service ability.Libraries should make good use of free resources, constantly pay attention to the utilization benefit based on considering readers＇ needs, long- term investment to train the professional competence of librarians.
