摘　　要：目前,高校图书馆员学术激励机制存在诸多方面的问题,高校图书馆员承受着各方面的压力,往往表现出焦躁不安的情绪,这在一定程度上将会影响高校图书馆学科服务工作的和谐发展。运用混沌理论探讨新时期高校图书馆知识型青年馆员学术行为激励机制的混沌特征,构建基于混沌理论的高校图书馆知识型青年馆员学术行为激励模型,有利于我国高校图书馆知识型青年馆员学术行为激励机制的完善。At present, the academic incentive mechanism of university librarians has many problems, university librarians are bearing the pressure of various aspects, often show the restless mood, and to a certain extent which will affect the harmonious development of the subject service work of university libraries. Applying the chaos theory to explore the chaotic characteristics of the academic behavior incentive mechanism of knowledge youth librarians in university libraries in the new era, construct the academic behavior incentive mode of knowledge youth librarians in university libraries based on the chaos theory, is conducive to perfect the incentive behavior incentive mechanism of knowledge youth librarians in university libraries in China.
