复方南星止痛凝胶膏剂的透皮特性及水杨酸甲酯在其处方中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方南星止痛凝胶膏中丁香酚的透皮吸收特性,并探讨水杨酸甲酯对该凝胶膏剂体外透皮吸收的影响。方法:以离体裸鼠皮为透皮屏障,采用改良Franz扩散池,用HPLC法测定接受液,以及皮中、膏中残留的丁香酚的含量,并与不含水杨酸甲酯的凝胶膏剂进行比较。结果:含水杨酸甲酯与不含水杨酸甲酯的凝胶膏剂中丁香酚24 h的渗透速率分别为13.18,9.58μg·cm-2·h-1,其在皮中滞留量分别为(185.02±19.23),(160.23±16.54)μg·g-1,在膏中残留量分别为(1.96±0.12),(1.71±0.15)mg。结论:复方南星止痛凝胶膏中丁香酚具有较好的经皮渗透性,凝胶膏处方中的水杨酸甲酯能够促进丁香酚的透皮吸收。Objective： To study transdermal absorption characteristics of eugenol in compound Nanxing pain-relieving cata- plasm, and discuss the effect of gaultherolin on the transdermal absorption of the cataplasm. Method ： The improved franz diffusing cell was adopted with hairless mice skins as transdermal carriers. The content of eugenol in receptor liquid, skins and cataplasm were ana- lyzed by HPLC and compared with the cataplasm without gaultherolin. Result： The penetration rates of eugenol of cataplasms with and without gauhherolin were 13.18 and 9. 58 μg·cm^-2·h^-1, with the retention amount in skins of （ 185.02± 19. 23） and （ 160. 23±16. 54）μg·g^-1 and the retention amount in cataplasms was （ 1.96 ±0. 12） and （ 1.71±0. 15） mg, respectively. Conclusion： Eu- genol in compound Nanxing pain-relieving eataplasm has good pereutaoeous permeation. Gaultherolin in the cataplasm prescription can promote the absorption of eugenol.
