摘 要:目的探讨沙参麦冬汤对慢性支气管炎(简称慢支)大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法将70只SD大鼠按体重相近原则分为对照组10只和模型组、高剂量组、低剂量组、氨茶碱组各15只。采用混合烟雾吸入法制备慢支模型,高、低剂量组分别给予沙参麦冬汤10ml/(kg·d)、5ml/(kg·d)灌胃,氨茶碱组给予茶碱片0.25g/(kg·d)灌胃,对照组和模型组灌服生理盐水10ml/(kg·d),各组均灌胃30天。于灌胃第10、20、30天测定各组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果模型组大鼠第10、20、30天时SOD、CAT活性较对照组明显降低(P<0.01);高剂量组、低剂量组各时间点SOD、CAT活性较模型组明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);高剂量组、低剂量组第30天时GSH-Px活性均高于对照组和模型组(P<0.05);低剂量组、氨茶碱组第30天时MDA含量均高于模型组和高剂量组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论沙参麦冬汤可以提高慢支大鼠血清中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性,从而提高慢支大鼠血清的抗氧化能力,减少氧化应激损伤。Objective To research the effect of Shashen Maidong Decoction (Adenophora and Ophiopogon Decoction) on the antioxidant capacity of rats with chronic bronchitis (CB). Methods According to body weight, seventy SD rats were divided into the control group, model group, high-dose group, low-dose group and amlnophylline group, with 10, 15, 15, 15 and 15 respectively. The CB models were established with mixed smoke inhalation. The high-dose and low dose groups were given 10 ml/(kg . d) and 5ml/(kg .d) Shashen Maidong Decoction respectively. The aminophylline group was given 0.25g/(kg . d) aminophylline tablets. The control group and model group were given 10ml/(kg . d) normal saline. The intragastric administration lasted for 30 days in each group. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected on the 10th, 20th and 30th day of intragastric administration. Results Comparing with the control group, the activities of SOD and CAT in the model group were significantly decreased on the 10th, 20th and 30th day of intragastric administration (P〈0.01). Comparing with the model group, the activities of SOD and CAT in the high-dose and low-dose groups were significantly increased at each time point (P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). Comparing with the control group and model group, the activities of GSH-Px in the high-dose and low-dose groups were significantly increased on the 30th day of intragastric administration (P〈0.05). Comparing with the model group and high-dose group, the contents of MDA in the low-dose group and aminophylline group were significantly increased on the 30th day of intragastric administration (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Conclusion Shashen Maidong Decoction can increase the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT, thereby improving the antioxidant capacity of CB rats and reducing oxidative stress injury.
