摘 要:在超薄沥青混凝土研究成果的基础上,提出了新型易密实沥青混凝土路面养护材料。采用不同的外掺剂配制沥青混合料,使用多种室内试验全面评价不同外掺剂对混合料使用性能的影响,试验结果表明掺加外掺剂的混合料总体性能有较大提高。将试验结果与常见的面层AC-13C混合料相对应的指标进行对比,结果表明掺加易密实添加剂和聚酯纤维后,混合料的性能明显好于AC-13C混合料。并对铺筑的实体工程进行跟踪观测,检测结果表明处治后的路段经过长期使用,依然保有很好的服务水平,无新车辙病害出现。Abstract: Based on the research of ultra-thin asphalt concrete, this paper brings forward a new kind of material of pavement named Easy-Compact Hot-Mix Asphalt (ECA). Different additives are adopted to produce asphalt mixtures, and various lab tests are taken to evaluate the effects of these additives on asphalt mixture performance. The results show that performance of mixtures with additives is improved greatly. Compared with the indicators of AC 13C mixture, the test results indicate that the performances of ECA mixture with polyester fiber and additive are much better than that of AC-13C mixture. After- wards, tracking observation is taken on real project to evaluate the pavement performance of ECA mixture, and the field performance shows that ECA mixture displays good pavement performance without new rutting distress after being used for a long time.
