中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察止泻汤联合西医常规方法治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将160例腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均采用西医常规方法治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用中药治疗。结果两组显效率、总有效率以及全身自觉症状改善比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗婴幼儿腹泻有较好的临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of antidiarrheal soup combined with conven- tional western medicine treatment on infantile diarrhea. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given conventional western treatment, patients in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine treatment. Results The differences of the efficiency rate, the total effective rate as well as systemic symptom was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the treatment group was better than control group. Conclusions Combined treatment of tradional Chinese medicine and western medicine has good effect on infantile diarrhea.
