摘 要:目的建立小半夏加茯苓汤的乌苷含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC测定小半夏加茯苓汤中鸟苷的含量。色谱柱C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈∶水=(4∶96),流速0.7 ml/min,检测波长为260 nm,进样量为10μl,柱温为30℃。结果鸟苷含量在0.49~4.9μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=353 311X+27 1137(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率为99.57%,RSD为1.01%。结论该法简便可行,结果可靠,重复性好,可作为研究小半夏加茯苓汤中鸟苷含量的方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of guanosine in Xiaobanxia - Fuling Decoction. Methods - Determination of the content of guanosine in Xiaobanxia - Fuling Decoction Column Cls (250 mm ×4.6mm,5μm) was used with acetonitrile - water(4: 96) as mobile phase . The flow rate was 0.7 ml/min,the wavelength was 260 nm, the injection volume was 10μl, and the column temperature was at 30℃. Results The linear range of guanosine was within 0. 49 - 4.9μg, r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery was 96.18% (n = 5 ). Conclusion This method has good reproducibility,which can be used for quality controlin production of Xiaobanxia - Fuling Decoction.
