摘  要:目的分析市售5个不同产地吴茱萸药材中挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对其进行分析。结果共鉴定了66个成分,其中有13个化合物为被分析的药材共有,共有成分的质量分数之和占药材挥发油总量的60%以上。结论各产地吴茱萸挥发油的化学组成有明显差异,有必要建立有关吴茱萸药材挥发油质量控制的标准。To analyze the volatile oil constituents in Fructus Evodiae. Methods Volatile oil constituents were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC - MS. Methods Sixty - seven components were separated and identified, 13 components belong to all of the five Fructus Evodiae from different producing area which accounted for more than 70% in the total constitutes of the volatile oil. Conclusio The analysis results showed that the content of volatile oil in Fructus Evodiae was influenced by producing area. It is necessary to establish standard in order to evaluate the quality of Fructus Evodia volatile oil.
