川贝母止嗽颗粒的抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究川贝母止嗽颗粒的抗炎作用。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀急性炎症动物模型,新鲜鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀急性炎症动物模型,小鼠棉球肉芽肿亚急性炎症动物模型综合评价川贝母止嗽颗粒的抗炎效果。结果与空白对照比较,川贝母止嗽颗粒高、中、低剂量组均能够显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05或P<0.01);显著抑制10%新鲜鸡蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀(P<0.05或P<0.01);显著减轻小鼠棉球肉芽肿的重量(P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论川贝母止嗽颗粒对急性炎症及亚急性炎症具有较好地抑制作用。Objective To study the anti - inflammatory effect of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae cough relieving granule. Methods The three methods were used to evaluate anti - inflammatory effect of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae cough relieving granule including：mouse ear edema induced by xylene, fresh egg white inducing voix pedis swelling in rats, cotton ball granuloma in mice. Results Compared to the blank control group, the high, middle and low - dose group of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae cough relieving granule both showed significantly inhibitory effect on mouse ear edema induced by xylene （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, swelling of voix pedis of rats inducing by the 10% fresh egg white （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ） ,weight of cotton ball granuloma of mice （P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Bulbus Fritillafiae Cirrhosae cough relieving granule showed inhibition effect on aeute/subacute inflammation.
