摘  要:目的研究双益方对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠血糖、血脂及SOD、MDA、FFA的影响,初步探讨其作用机制。方法60只雄性SD大鼠随机抽取10只大鼠为正常对照组(N组),其余大鼠采用高脂饲料喂养联合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)尾静脉注射的方法造2型糖尿病模型,成模40只,分为模型组(M)、二甲双胍组(Met)、双益方高剂量组(SH)和双益方低剂量组(SL),每组10只。检测药物干预2周和4周后各组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)以及4周后各组大鼠血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)的水平。结果药物干预后,SH、SL组可显著降低大鼠血清FBG、TG、TC、FFA、和LDL-C的水平(P<0.01或P<0.05),提高血清HDL-C的水平(P<0.01或P<0.05);同时可显著降低大鼠血清MDA的含量(P<0.01或P<0.05),明显升高血清SOD的活性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论双益方对2型糖尿病大鼠有降糖、降脂的作用,抑制氧化应激反应、降低游离脂肪酸(FFA)为其作用机制之一。Objective To study the effect of Shuang -yi Prescription on SOD, MDA and FFA in Type 2 Diabetic rats,try to discuss its mechanisms. Methods 10 rats were randomly selected as normal control group from 60 male SD rats ,the rest rats were in- duced to type 2 diabetes by feeding with high fat forage and injected small dose STZ to caudal vein,40 rats became T2DM model, which were divided into model group, melbine group, high dose group and low does group of Shuangyi description, each group 10 rats. Detect FBG at 2nd week and 4th week , and the level of TG,TC, LDL - C, HDL - C, SOD, MDA, FFA in the rats'serum at 4th week after the treatment. Results After the treatment, compared with model group, high and low does group could remarkable lower the levels of FPG,FINS,TG,TC,LDL - C MDA and FFA,obviously improved SOD and HDL - C (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Shuangyi description has the effect of reducing blood sugar and lipip of the T2DM rats,inhibition of oxidation stress and reducing FFA could be one of the mechanisms.
