摘  要:目的优选银杏叶总黄酮的最佳闪式提取工艺。方法采用闪式提取技术,以黄酮提取率为指标,以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、料液比为主要考察因素,采用L9(33)正交实验法优选银杏叶总黄酮的闪式提取工艺。结果当乙醇体积分数为60%,闪式提取时间30 s,料液比1∶20时,银杏叶总黄酮的提取率最高,为1.99%。结论闪式提取法适合于银杏叶总黄酮的提取,该工艺具有稳定、快速、便捷的优点。Objective To optimize homogenate extracting process of total flavonoids from Ginkgo leaf. Methods By taking the extration of the flavonoids as evaluation parameter, considering the concentration of alcohol, solid to liquid ratio and extraction time as affecting factors, the homogenate extracting process of total flavonoids from Ginkgo leaf is optimized by L9 (33) orthogonal design. Results The optimum condition is achieved when the lever of ethanol is 60% , extraction time is 30 s, and solid to liquid ratio (g/ ml) is 1: 20, the extraction content of total flavonoids is 1.99%. Conclusion The homogenate extraction is feasible and reliable for extracting total ilavonoids from Ginkgo leaf. It is a rapid and high efficient method.
