栀子柏皮汤对α-萘异硫氰酸酯致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察栀子柏皮汤对α-萘异硫氰酸酯(ANIT)所致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,阳性对照组,栀子柏皮汤低、中、高剂量组,ig给药10 d。各组于实验第8天,ig ANIT造模,48 h后取血,分离血清,以血清肝功能、SOD的活性以及肝脏病理组织学的改变为观察指标。结果与模型组比较,栀子柏皮汤低、中剂量组的血清ALT、AST、ALP、GGT和TBIL均显著下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),血清SOD显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);肝脏病理组织学检查表明,栀子柏皮汤低、中剂量组能明显减轻肝细胞变性、坏死以及炎细胞浸润。结论栀子柏皮汤低、中剂量组对ANIT所致大鼠急性肝损伤有明显的降酶保肝作用。Objective To observe the action of Cape Jasmine and Phello dendron decoction on reduced jaundice and enzyme in jaundice model of rat induced by ANIT. Methods Wistar rats were randomized into six groups ： group A in which no treatment was given, group B in which ANIT was given on the eighth day, group C as positive control, group D, E and F in which low, moderate and high dosage of ＂Cape Jasmine and Phello dendron decoction＂ was given respectively. Except group A and B, the other groups were given corresponding medicines for 8 days and then additionally administered ANIT to induced jaundice. After 48 h, the rats＇blood was withdrawn and the serum was separated. The liver functional sign and the content of SOD in serum, and the change in pathology of liver tissue were observed. Results Compared to group B, ALT, AST, ALP, GGT and TBIL of group D and E dropped obviously （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, and SOD went up obviously （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. By the examination the liver pathology, we found that low and moderate dosage of ＂Cape Jasmine and Phello dendron decoction＂ could notably alleviate hepatocyte change and necrosis and infiltration of inflamed cell. Conclusion The low and moderate dosage of ＂Cape Jasmine and Phello dendron decoction＂ have evident action of protecting liver injury induced by ANIT, reducing liver enzyme and jaundice.
