高效液相色谱法测定贴穴平喘膏中去甲异波尔定的含量

摘　　要：目的建立药品贴穴平喘膏中的去甲异波尔定的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为:色谱柱COSMOSIL 5-C18-AR-Ⅱ(4.16ID×250 mm);流动相(0.5%甲酸+0.1%三乙胺)--乙腈(90∶10);检测波长280nm;流速1.0 ml/min;峰面积用外标法定量;柱温25℃。结果去甲异波尔定在3.904 6～195.228μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为1.07%。结论此法简便,准确,可以用于贴穴平喘膏中去甲异波尔定的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of norisoboldine in Tiexue Pingchuan Gao. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out using COSMOSIL 5 -C18 -AR - II （4.16ID×250 mm） and （0.5% formic acid ＋0. 1% triethylamine） - -acetonitrile（90： 10） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280nm; the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min ;the column tempeTature was 25℃ and the area quantified by external standard method. Results The liner range was 3. 904 6 - 195. 228μg/ml;the average recovery was 97.4% （RSD = 1.07% ）. Conclusion This method is reliable and simple and it could be used for quality control of Tiexue Pingchuan Gao.
