台湾药品监督管理体制探究

摘　　要：目的探讨台湾的药品监督管理体制。方法先分析台湾的药品管理组织机构设置和职责,再归纳台湾的药品法规体系,从而全面了解台湾的药品监管体制。结果与结论通过分析台湾的药品监管体制,对我国国内的药品监管体制有重要的启示,如革新管理理念、加强风险管理意识、加强部会之间与媒体的沟通与合作、加强企业辅导以及完善法规体系。Objective To investigate the medicine management system in Taiwan. Methods In order to fully understand the medicine regulatory system, we view the organizational structure and responsibilities of the Taiwan Medicine Administration at first, then analysis the drug regulation system. Results ＆ Conclusion By analyzing the TFDA, it has important implications to our country ＇s drug regulatory system, such as innovation management concepts, enhance risk management awareness, and strengthen communication and cooperation between the ministries and the media, strengthen counseling and perfect laws and regulations.
