摘 要:目的:观察三清降糖方对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病大鼠血糖及肾功能的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病大鼠模型,大鼠随机分为对照组,模型组,罗格列酮组(0.29 g.kg-1),三清降糖方低、中、高剂量组(8.05,4.03,1.61 g.kg-1),灌胃给药4周,分别在给药前1天、2周末、4周末检测空腹及餐后2 h血糖。给药4周后测定测24 h尿蛋白总量、血清尿素氮及肌酐并计算肾脏系数。结果:各给药组与用药前比较大鼠血糖值均有所下降(P<0.05);肾脏指数、24 h尿蛋白总量、血清尿素氮水平明显降低(P<0.05),但对血清肌酐水平影响不大。结论:三清降糖方对糖尿病大鼠具有降血糖及一定的肾脏保护作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Sanqing Jiangtang decoction on blood glucose and kidney function in alloxan in- duced diabetic rats. METHODS Alloxan induced diabetes model rats were set up by intra-peritoneal injection. Seventy healthy male Wister rats were divided into 6 groups randomly: control group, model group, rosiglitazone group (0. 29 g, kg -1 ), Sanqing Jiangta^g decoction low, middle and high dose group ( 1.61, 4. 03, 8. 05 g.kg- 1) ; intragastric administration of the corresponding drugs respec- tively for 4 weeks. Fasting plasma glucose level and two hours after meal were measured on the day before the drug administration, the second weekend and the fourth weekend. 4 weeks later, body weight and renal index were measured; total urinary protein in 24 h, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine (SCr) were detected with correlative methods. RESULTS Blood glucose, kidney coeffi- dent, total urinary protein in 24 h and blood urea nitrogen levels were decreased in each group treated by Sanqing Jiangtang decoction (P〈0. 05). Each group had little effect on serum creatinine level. CONCLUSION Sanqing Jiangtang decoction had hypoglycemic activi- ty and rome positive effect on diabetic rats kidney function.
