摘 要:通过数值模拟的手段,建立预分解窑物料入窑后在回转窑内的气体、筒壁、物料的温度分布模型,计算了不同长径比回转窑内的温度分布,从其分布规律的角度来分析回转窑不同长径比对于熟料烧成的影响。研究发现,L/D较短的窑型其烧成带能够形成更为稳定的温度场,并具有更快的升温速率,对于熟料在足够停留时间下的保持较高烧成温度反应提供了条件,将会使得熟料中C3S矿物发育良好,这对于熟料烧成是有利的,并能有效地提高熟料质量。By using numerical simulation method, the temperature distribution model of kiln gas, cylinder and material in rotary kiln was established after material going into rotary kiln. The temperature distribution in rotary kiln with differ- ent ratio of length to diameter was computed. Depending on the temperature distribution rule, it also has discussed the in- fluence on clinker burning of different ratio of length to diameter. The results show that the temperature distribution in burning zone of shorter L/D rotary kiln is steadier, which has a faster heating rate. It provides conditions for enough resi- dence time to maintain a higher burning zone temperature, which will make C3 S mineral in clinker develop better. This result is benefit for clinker burning and can effectively improve the quality of clinker.
