摘　　要：FoxO转录因子参与心肌细胞凋亡、萎缩、自噬及糖代谢等生理过程以及心肌梗死、心肌缺血再灌注损伤等心血管病理过程的调控。本文就FoxO转录因子对心血管生物学效应的调控机制做一综述。The FoxO transcription factors can modulate a wide variety of cell functions in cardiovascular tissues. They play an important role in regulating the process of cardiomyocyte apoptosis, atrophy, autophagy and glucose metabolism, and are also involved in some pathological processes, such as myocardial infarction and ischemia/reperfusion injury. In this review, we will discuss the recent advances in study of the regulatory mechanisms of FoxO forkhead transcription factors for cardiovascular biology.
