高校图书馆网络导读服务现状研究——以211工程院校图书馆为例

摘　　要：以211工程院校图书馆为样本,采用上网直接检索法与读者测试法等,对我国高校图书馆网络导读服务现状进行调查分析。结果显示,网络导读服务受到部分高校图书馆的重视,但服务方式简单、内容浅、层次低,且各种导读项目在该馆主页上的设置缺乏整合和规划。今后应重视网络导读服务的开展,构建主页"网络导读服务平台",引进Web2.0理念和技术,并将其服务扩展至广域网络上,以提升服务效果。Taking libraries of ＂211 project＂ universities as samples, this thesis makes a survey and analysis on the current situa tion of online guiding serviee in university libraries by direct online retrieval method and reader-testing method. The results show that in spite of the great attention paid to the importance of online reading guidance by some colleges and universities, there are still some problems in it.. the service mode is simple, plain and lower effective; the arrangement of reading guidance columns on the homepages lack of systematical planning. Thus, great importance should be placed on the further development of online reading guidance; ＂online reading guidance platform＂ should be constructed for library homepage, advanced Web 2.0 theory and technology should be introduced; online reading guidance should be extended to wide area network, so as to enhance the service effect.
